We collect only the information you provide via the project form (name, WhatsApp, optional email, project details). It is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage your order. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Payments

Payment terms and methods are agreed directly with the studio after your project brief is reviewed. No credit-card or bank-card data is collected or stored on this website.

Terms

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. Cancellation before production begins entitles you to a refund of the deposit minus any design fees already incurred. All creations are owned by the customer upon final payment; the studio retains the right to feature non-confidential projects in its portfolio.
